We offer a four business day turn-around time for prelimary, try-ins, and finishes. This means we require four full days in the laboratory. Transit times are not included. If going straight to finish from wax rim, turn around time is increased to seven business days.

For metal frameworks and flexible cases, the turn-around time is nine business days and those cases cannot be expedited.

Yes, we warranty all of our products that are produced within the laboratory*. We use the highest quality materials and stand behind our work 100%. Depending on which denture base material is chosen there is a 90 day, 2 year, and a 5 year warranty.

Nature-Cryl: 5 year

*The warranty for immediate dentures is voided IF a reline is not completed after the patient has healed.

We deliver free of charge to local offices that are within 30 minutes of the laboratory.

For same day services, an office must schedule the case 24 hours in advance and recieve approval. Only then will there be guaranteed delivery by 4:00 PM. A case that is not scheduled in advance is subject to additonal charges, if approved, or will be scheduled as a next day.
